Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Loyalty Club! We’re thrilled to reward you for being a loyal customer. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your participation in our Loyalty Club.


1. Eligibility

To join our Loyalty Club, you must:

Be aged 18+.

Be a UK or US resident with orders shipping to a UK or US postal address (excluding Northern Ireland and british/american forces & territories).

Be a registered customer with an active account on our website.

Place an order on our website.

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our general website policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc.).


2. Earning Points

For every purchase you make, you will earn loyalty points based on the total value of your order and the VIP Tier you are currently enrolled in.

Points earned will depend on the VIP Tier you are in:

Bronze (0-499 points) = 5 points for every £1 spent.

Silver (500-999 points) = 6 points for every £1 spent.

Gold (1000-1999 points) = 7 points for every £1 spent.

Platinum (2000-2999 points) = 8 points for every £1 spent.

Diamond (3000+ points) = 10 points for every £1 spent.

Points will be awarded once the order is placed and payment is successfully processed.

You must have an active registered account to accumulate points. Points are only awarded when an order is successfully placed using your account.

Points can only be redeemed in the United Kingdom & United States (excluding Northern Ireland & British/American Forces & Territories). For the US, only those in the 50 main States & Washington DC can join the club.

Bonus points:

Open an account = 100 points

Place your first order = 100 points

Subscribe to our Newsletter* = 150 points**

* By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive our marketing emails from time to time. We do not send lots of emails and will not usually send you marketing emails more than once a month (unless we have some big news to share). 

** If you do not subscribe to our Newsletter, you will not receive any transactional emails relating to the loyalty club points & rewards, this means you could miss out on important updates regarding your points & rewards but you can always login to your account to check this regardless.

We may add new temporary or permanent ways to earn bonus points from time to time so make sure you check in regularly so you don't miss out!

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases as follows:

500 points = a £5 voucher code against a £10 order

1000 points = a £10 voucher code against a £20 order. 

2000 points = a £15 voucher code against a £30 order. 

3000 points = a £20 voucher code against a £40 order. 

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Points can only be redeemed by logged-in users with an active account.

If you close your account or leave the Loyalty Club at any time you will lose your accumulated points and discounts. If you then rejoin the loyalty Club at a later date, points will start at 0 (zero).


4. Expiry of Points & Discounts

Points do not expire. We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime and without prior notice, if this happens we will update these terms and conditions accordingly.

Discounts will expire 6 months after the date they were earned. We reserve the right to change these terms at anytime and without prior notice, if this happens we will update these terms and conditions accordingly.

If you sign up to our marketing emails, you will receive a reminder email 30 days before your discounts are about to expire with a further reminder a few days before.

You will NOT receive any reminders if you do not subscribe to our marketing emails, therefore it is your responsibility to login to your account & check your points/discounts manually. 

5. Referral Program (optional)

Our loyalty club includes an optional referral program, you can earn additional discounts by referring friends who then go on to place an order.

If you choose to refer a friend, they will receive a 15% discount code to use against their first order only.

• Once your friend has placed their first order and payment has been fully processed, you will also receive a 15% discount code you can use towards a single future order.

• If you refer a friend, and they DO NOT make a purchase, you WILL NOT receive any discounts under this program.

• You can refer as many friends as you wish and receive 15% for every friend who places an order! You can only redeem one code per order.

• This referral program is only valid for new customers.

• Any abuse of the referral program is monitored and any violations may result in your account being closed.


6. General Terms

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on certain products, promotions, or discounted items. One code per order. These exclusions will be clearly communicated if there are any. 

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our 4 for 3 purple banner offer.

Loyalty points are only valid for use on the Oliver Rose Designs (www.oliverrosedesigns.co.uk) website.

Any reference made in these terms and conditions of "£ (pounds)" is in GBP only.

Points have no monetary value other than those stated in section 3 of these terms and conditions (see section 3: Redeeming Points).

In the event your order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded we will deduct any points relating to that cancellation, refund or partial refund from your available points balance within 5 working days maximum.

This Loyalty Club does not directly connect to our Cart or Checkout pages, it is completely independent of those pages. This means to access any features of the club you will need to use the Loyalty Club Icon located on the homepage or on our footer, both will take you to our dedicated Loyalty club page.

You can also access your loyalty club via your account login, at the top of the page by clicking 'Loyalty Club Rewards'. This will show you your current points total, VIP Tier, any rewards you currently have, ways to earn/redeem points & your recent activity.

• You will not see any points updates directly on the cart or checkout pages relating to this Loyalty Club. Once an order is placed or an action is completed that qualifies for a points reward, you will see the qualifying points applied to the loyalty club widget accordingly.

• Any discount codes generated by the loyalty club can be copied and pasted into the discount code box on the checkout page.

• You can only redeem one code per order.


7. Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to manipulation of the loyalty club or misuse of points, will result in the suspension or termination of your account, along with the forfeiture of any accumulated points and/or promotions, discounts or any other offers relating to this loyalty club.


8. Changes to the Terms

We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will be revised. By continuing to participate in the club, you agree to the updated terms and conditions.
